Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

Apply Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
